Healthy spread!


 So as we grow older, we get told:

Less salt, limit sugar, limit or avoid full fat spreads etc..

I love sandwiches for breakfast and cannot just imagine bread without a spread :)

But when the Doctor tells you to cut off butter, Mayo etc. You got to look for alternatives right?

So while shopping at Spar, I came across this bottle of Remia Dijon Mustard. At about N1000

For those that don't know, Mustard is a condiment made from the Mustard seed so its purely vegetarian and healthy

But was it tasty? Guys honestly ill give it a 4 outta 10. It was so tangy and I had to mix with some honey to make it edible enough as a spread

Good news is its great with potato chips as a dip !

Still on the look out for a healthy and TASTY spread!!
